It seems not easy to find any house in fairview park under 4.00m, B-6-27 1,138sf was sold @ 3.99m (May 2010), E-2-9 1,138sf was sold @ 4.39m


so it is not easy to find under 4.00m but I will keep my eyes open for you and if you can leave the contact and I will call you when there is something in the market fit your need.
