I am having a mortgage loan at about $1,000,000 with about 9 years to complete. Meanwhile the Interest Rate is "Prime - 2.775%". Is it worth changing to "HIBOR + 0.7% or 1%"?

You may check with your bank about trans-mortgage to HIBOR to enjoy
Lower rate of your mortgage, Most of the HIBOR plan now are less than 1%.
